[News] Korean Superstar Lee Min Ho Appointed as LG Singapore’s Official Brand Ambassador

LG Electronics (LG) Singapore has announced Lee Min Ho as their brand ambassador to LG Singapore’s latest range of products, including the recently-unveiled flagship smartphone LG G4. Lee was previously appointed by LG Singapore as an ambassador for LG Optimus phone. Following the successful collaboration in the past campaign, LG is pleased to expand the partnership with Lee Min Ho to represent the brand’s full line-up of products from smartphones to home entertainment, appliances and air conditioners.

The Korean superstar is best known for his breakout role in Korean drama “Boys Over Flowers”, and has since achieve superstardom status regionally, winning multiple awards including ‘Most Popular Korean TV Artiste’ at the 2014 Singapore Entertainment Awards, and ‘Most Popular Hallyu Star/IQiyi Star Award’ at the recent 51st Baeksang Arts Awards in 2015.

“Lee Min Ho has a strong following in Singapore and is one of the most recognized Korean actors. We are thrilled to partner Lee Min Ho and to have him represent our impressive array of new products that offer greater convenience and smart solutions to our consumers,” said Mr. Scott Jung, Managing Director of LG Electronics Singapore. “His sophisticated style and modern appeal make him an ideal ambassador to represent our brand that is committed to creating innovations for a better life.”

Kicking off with the LG Red Fair in June, consumers will be able to see Lee Min Ho as LG ambassador for all of its product categories in Singapore.
